Notes:
The simulation is done with a Schrodinger Poisson self consistent simulator which iterates until the update in the potential is below a threshold (1x10-5ev) and global space charge neutrality is below about 1x1015 1/cm3 /cell.
- Quasi-Bound states are found using Lanczos and LR factorization
- Unbound solutions are found using the Quantum Transmitting Boundary Method (QTBM)
Discretization is done assuming neatest neighbors
- 1 and 2 dimensional models may be done
- Multi-valleys are treated
